    Reducing day by day our impact on the environment
    Actively contributing to green transition, offering sustainable solutions and products (e.g. for renewables, e-mobility, waste treatment, zero water waste and based on cicular economy principles)
    Evolving products to reduce their footprint (through a sustainable procurement, use and disposal of raw materials; developing biodegradable solutions and process…)
    Supporting breaking-through green projects (managed by our Beyond-innovation team and our 7 R&D centres and synergy with universities and institutions) that will largely impact the life of millions of people. We are part of consortiums and EU funded projects like the “Second IPCEI – European Battery Innovation” and “FlashPhos” for Phosphorus recycle.

    Taking care of our People Considering health & safety a key pillar for our market, we promore an inclusive, diverse and equal workplace for all our people. With a presence in +16 countries, with 1.100 employees, in Italmatch we promote a melting pot of ideas, cultures, education backgrounds, generations (42yrs average age, 45% GenX – 37% GenY, 13% - 5% GenZ) to make our company an enriching environment.

  • Reporting & Rating

    Our journey has led us to develop our ESG strategy consistent with the United Nations SDGs, the 10 principles of the Global Compact and the objectives set during the 2015 Paris agreements: we will report annually on the results achieved and update our stakeholders on the strategies pursued.
